I have belonged to a group on a parenting site since I found out I was pregnant early last year. Its always been pretty friendly. Everyonce in a while there would be a heated debate: formula vs. breastmilk, disposalbe diapers vs. cloth, etc. But lately poliitcs have taken over. Not that I mind discussing politics… [...]

Yesterday I spent the evening drinking wine and watch political news on tv. I normally dont watch it on tv, but for some reason the mood struck me. Everyone was all up in arms over the bailout (as they should be), and over McCain’s “campaign suspension” to return to Washington to “fix” this. Ha ha. [...]

Is it just me, or has the entire world gone crazy lately?
$700 Billion bailout? (tax-payer funed no less… ehh…excuse me, can I have a word on this politicians?). Good thing they would put “limit” on the executive compensation for those lying, cheating, work-around-the-regulations-in-place, people running these companies. Yippe. Why does this just seem so wrong [...]

This weekend has been pretty nice. It was relaxing for once. No big trip planned, nothing really to do. Ah… nice.
I had to do homework though. That took up a chunk of my afternoon today, but its not too bad. I really like the Business class I am taking right now. The book is very [...]

Just so you know, here are a bunch of points Ms. Palin stood for:
Palin recently said that the war in Iraq is “God’s task.” She’s even admitted she hasn’t thought about the war much—just last year she was quoted saying, “I’ve been so focused on state government, I haven’t really focused much on the war [...]
God’s Plan??? Excuse Me?

In reviewing the morning headlines I see a link on the Military Headlines on my iGoogle page. It reads: Palin: Iraq War a ‘Task From God’. I immediately had to read this. Palin was asked to speak at the graduation ceremony this past June of the Wasilla Assembly of God, her one time church. Once [...]
