In with the new

So this past weekend has been chock full of new things.  We got the new Rebel on Friday.  Saturday D and I got new ice skates   And yesterday I got a new (to me) blackberry pearl.  This is where I gush about Craigslist and how amazing it is.  Literally the best site to find things you want but dont necessarily need brand new.  And usually SOOO cheap.  Anyway, I have wanted to get a new phone for a while.  I had the Voyager and had a few problems with them (okay so I technically had three) so I had to get some replacements.  It really wasnt a terrible phone, but those touch screens are so finicky that if something goes wrong the whole phone is basically useless.  The last replacement has been great so far… but I really wanted to get a smartphone.  So I searched Craigslist and found a few Blackberry Pearls on there. 

I went to meet the lady on my  lunch hour to take a look at it and see if it really was in as good condition as she said.  And really it was fantastic!  Its in perfect- brand new condition.  And the best part, I paid waaaay less than retail for it.  Go me.  Ive only had it one day, and Im already wondering how Ive lived without it for so long.  Okay.. thats a bit overboard,  but yeah its nice.  I will no longer schedule doctor’s appointments during meetings and so on.  That is a big YAY! for me.

 

Also, damn Pittsburg for winning the Super Bowl.  Well maybe not, they are a good team.  But I was really hoping that Arizona would pull the win out and prove everyone wrong.  They came close… too many mistakes I guess.  There is always next year I suppose.  Wait… next year I want sexy Philip Rivers and the Chargers in the Super Bowl.  But then I might pass out from losing too much drool
