Today is the 2nd Birthday of my beautiful Baby Girl.
Two years ago today my life changed forever. I wouldn’t change it for the world. She truly is the sunshine in our lives.

We have a lot going on at our house lately. We have been to a bunch of weddings and parties this summer. And while it has been a lot of fun, I am definitely looking forward to some good ol’ cuddle time on my couch. Of course, that will have to wait until at least [...]

Oh yes. Baby Girl turns 2 in October. We are getting to the point where we are in a grey zone of whether or not pacifiers are acceptable. Some parenting websites think pacifiers are a big no no in general, some say that you should let kids have it all they want as long as [...]

I am constantly amazed by the ignorance and intolerance from people around me. For instance, today when discussing family vacations a girl at work said she was going to start a vacation fund to take her daughter to Disney World one day. Seems like a nice thing to do. Most parents want to to take their [...]

I like the word miscellaneous. Its odd. I like that.
Last week we found a baby mole in our house. Due to the fact that it was blind, slow, and very small we had no problem catching it. We were nice and let it out… in our creepy neighbor’s yard.
Friends of ours are getting married this [...]

We went to the Red Wings game last night. We brought Baby Girl, and she was awesome. The game itself was really good and the Wings won in overtime. I am not sure why… but it seems like we always go to games that end up in overtime. Weird. It was nice to go out [...]
