Someone wasnt doing their job properly and the paperwork for my husband fell through the cracks. He made a call and got it filled out (took 2 minutes!). However, they only process that stuff during the first week of each month... so now another THREE weeks of waiting. I just want to yell at someone - haven't we had <em>enough</em> waiting?! Exactly.
